Home Connectivity Assessment - £95. We visit, test the rooms that actually matter, and write a traffic-light report for your house. The £95 is fully credited against any implementation over £300 if you book within 30 days. Not a free look-round.

How a typical house is wired

We survey first, then pick the setup that fits the walls.

Mesh only

Wireless hops upstairs. No Ethernet backhaul.

Ethernet backhaul upstairs (the usual job)

One upstairs AP is wired. The other meshes to that node.

Structured Ethernet to every AP

Modem and switch in the cupboard. Dedicated cable to every AP.

Packages

Final price is confirmed after the assessment. These ranges are what we actually charge, not from teasers. Family Complete is the usual job.

Essential - £395 to £549. Small terrace, flat, straightforward coverage.

Family Complete - £595 to £849. Most family homes. Whole-home coverage, wired backhaul where walls need it, 30 days support.

Premium Property - £995 to £1,795. Large detached, multiple floors, work or gaming.

Landlord / Multi-Unit - £445 to £895. Rentals, HMOs, holiday lets.

Home Connectivity MOT - £95 a year (£75 with the install).

How we work

Step 1. Book the £95 assessment.

Step 2. Read the report. Accept a proposal only if it makes sense.

Step 3. 50% deposit, equipment ordered, install in 7-14 days.

Step 4. Live with it. Keep it healthy with the MOT.
